Refund policy

WE STRONGLY BELIEVE IN CLICKING IMAGES OF THE ITEM ARRIVED WITH PACKING AND AFTER OPENING THE PACKING (This will help us process your request seamlessly)! 

Cancellation :-

Once the order is placed, you can cancel it within 48 hours of placing the order. The refund will be issued in the form of a credit note.

Exchange :-

You can exchange an Item within 07 (Seven) days of the item being delivered to you. Exchange requests are not accepted after 07 (Seven) days from the date of delivery, along with ensuring the furniture is packed and taped properly in the original packaging so it can safely reach us, you can contact us on WhatsApp +91 98314 31208 or on E-mail contact@omacme.in.

WHAT'S ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE?

Damaged - If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition. In the case of minor damage customers can choose to request a part replacement if needed.

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc.). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or colour) from the item image on our website.

Missing - If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing in that case you can ask us to send the remaining components to you.

Returns :-

You can return an Item within 07 (Seven) days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 07 (Seven) days from the date of delivery, we only accept returns when the customer (1) no longer want the item purchased or (2) have purchased by mistake for any other reason than this please check exchange policy above. The return shipping has to be arranged by customer or customer can ask Omacme team to arrange return pick-up if we arrange return pick-up the charges have to be borne by customer that we will conveyed at the time of booking return pick-up, along with this customer will have to pay a restocking fees of 50% of the order value, along with ensuring the furniture is packed and taped properly in the original packaging and not used so it can safely reach us, you can contact us on WhatsApp +91 98314 31208 or on E-mail contact@omacme.in or you can initiate self return by logging in to your account by clicking this link account.omacme.in.

What is the Refund Process?

Once we receive the return package in our facility we will take 1 days to inspect the material and once it passes our inspection, we will initiate the refund amount. Calculation of the refund amount will be done by this method

 [ Total order value - 50% of the total order value as restocking fees - Return Pickup charges (If applicable) - Material return transit damage (If applicable) = Final Refund Amount ]

Once we initiate the refund it can take up to 7 to 14 days depending on your bank to reflect in your original mode of payment
